Cant get my bluetooth to work

Bluetooth originally had a limitation of about 30 feet +/-, however that doesn't mean great clarity until it reaches its peak distance range. With that said, I would suggest trying to move your phone around in the vehicle to get the shortest distance possible to the receiving Bluetooth device (KCA-BT200).

i have a kenwood car cd player. when i hook it up i puy in the security code 3275 but it still does not allow me to play cd or radio. what else do i need to do?

ok first u have reset the KCA-BT200,to do that remove your car battery cables for 3mins and reconnect your battery cables,

Charge the headset for at least 24 hours to reset it and that should delete the link key, then try re-pairing.

There is now a new firmware upgrade, as of late Feb. 09, at the kenwood website, version 2.4 or something like that. It fixed my issue where I could not even sync my iPod to my 512. When you go to the website, you have to know the serial number to your unit. You then download a zip file to your computer, extract the files and burn the firmware upgrade to a CD R/RW. Next you insert the disk into the 512 and the rest is automatic. This all worked for me, hope it works for everyone else.
