I programmed my cable remote with the 4-digit code shown in the remote's code list so I can turn on the receiver at the same time as the TV and cable box. I thought I had the right code because the receiver turned off when I hit the power button. But when I hit the power button again, the TV and cable box came back on, but not the receiver. I'm pretty sure there's nothing wrong with the receiver on-off switch, because the receiver remote turns it both off and on. I'm thinking there might be a more up-to-date setup code for this particular receiver, since it's a fairly new model. Is there somewhere to find the setup code for each individual receiver model made by Onkyo? Or do you have any other ideas about what the problem might be? Again, the only remote code I know of for Onkyo receivers (0135), when programmed into my cable remote, allows me to turn the receiver off but not back on. Help!!!
Anyone have the receiver code for the onkyo htsr 800?

Have the same problem with Onkyo SR 800.
0135 and 0842 are the only listed codes and they do not work correctly.
