I have the solar powerd radio already for a few years now, but suddenly I can not anymore use it with the selfpowerd function as winding or solar power. It is still working with normal power but as that is not the purpose of this radio I would like to know if somebody has specifications to solve this problem. Any help I can use

I assume that the rechargeable batteries have expired. The trouble is that the batteries are hard-wired into the radio itself. Unscrewing the back and carefully replacing these with similar-rated cells would be possible but difficult. A poor design, which happened to mine too.
