94 plymouth vouyager is starting to over heat when driving for more then 10 mins

I also have no heat when I turn that on, I had a leak in my cooling system but I stopped that, and now have new coolant in it. the first leak was a loose nut straight down from the Rad cap on the driver side, now when it runs and starts to over heat its starting to leak on the passenger side near the engine. is it the pump? Thermostat? please help

This leaking on the passenger side sounds like possibly the water pump. I THINK that this is a cross-mounted engine, with the drive belt on the passenger side. If so, it is almost certainly the water pump leaking. Get a flashlight and a small inspection mirror and search around under the water pump drive pulley for signs of water dripping. If no water is found there, it probably is not the pump. Have you checked the cooling fans for proper operation? Tested the temperature sender that controls the cooling fan?

water pump on this should be the bottom pulley closest to the front of the vehicle.Like tom said lay on the ground under it and look with a light. But just dont look for coolant you should be able to see the bearing vent hole on back side of pulley looking up at the pump if not wet look for staining or calcium build up on pump housing around vent hole.99% of the time this condition you describe is the water pump

How to replace a rack and pinion seal kit on a 98

You do not repair a rack & pinion, you replace it,
then add an inline return, magnetic filter, or your warranty
is void

You can replace the inner tie rods or the bellows

To get the bellows on, you will have to remove the
outer tie rod & then have it aligned later

2002 Chevy Impala wont start after letting sit after it warms up

Almost sound's like vapor lock , the fuel boils in the fuel injector rail , turns to vapor ! That was a common problem with carburetors , letting the vehicle hot soak after shutting down the vehicle an letting it sit for 10- 15 mins. The fuel would boil away ! Are the cooling fans working ? After turning off a hot engine the cooling fans can run on without the key being on , do you hear fans run ? What engine does your impala have ? 3.4 or 3.8 L . Has the check engine light come on ? The fuel pressure regulator could be leaking fuel . Pull the vacuum hose off the regulator after shut off the vehicle , is there fuel coming out of the regulator ? Dribbling out the end of the hose ? This could be bleeding the fuel from the fuel rail ! Good luck , hope i've given you something's to check that you haven't already .

99 breeze 2.4 blows mild heat cools quick turn off blower wait two min turn bower back on and heat for a min again cools right off

Sounds like the heater coil valve is not opening all the way if your car reaches the normal operating temperature or there is a blockage in the heater coil. If it is reaching normal operating temperature look on the engine firewall and locate the heater control valve. It will have the 3/4 inch heater hose attached to it and you will see a cable connected to operate the valve. Manually open the valve and see if this produced heat. Sometimes the cable gets stuck or bent and needs replacment.

93 toyota camry

it means that you have probably cracked the engine block and the reason it did this is because you lost your cooling fan which is supposed to click on and off t keep the motor from over heating. replacing your cooling fan motor circuit relay could have prevented this. check your ecm brain computer.

My problem is when I am driving the engine heats of and the car dies. It cools down after about 30 mins and starts again but keeps dying on me.

Replace the thermostat and check for leaks also if the antifreeze is old and has a dilluted concentration that can cause this too. You must also check to make sure the electric fan comes on after 10 minutes of running stand and watch to see if the fan comes on after 10-15 min. of runninng if not replace the fan relay switch or the fan temp.sensor.

1994 Honda Civic - Over heating

You most likely need to replace the Thermostat, but also verify the engine cooling fan is working, it should come on when the AC is turned on.
