Currently on operations in Afghanistan, talking to my missus on Yahoo with webcam, and my laptop froze, did a reboot of the system and now, the fujitsu screen comes up, goes to a black screen, but doesnt boot, just goes back to fujitsu screen again!! Its trying to boot coz u here the fans and going but then it stops, this is my only way to communicate with my loved ones, can anyone help me!!!!!

This could be a corrupt usb controller or web cam driver; but before we get too deep when it is booting up press F8 and you will get a menu, one of which will say, start windows with 'last known good configuration', highlight line the press enter for a restart.
If no luck with boot up come back.

on the bottom of the laptop is a square plate with 1 or 2 screws, when the laptop is off, remove those screws and you should see your laptop memory, gently expand the two thin metal clips on either side of the memory and it should pop up at an angle, gently remove it and replace with a larger capacty memory module.
