All Vespa's old or new run without need of lead as your engine internals are lubricated by either the gear oil or 2 stroke oil.

don't worry -the clunk noise is typical when changing gears on a Vespa 125 PX
- it is due to a very old fashioned construction in the gearbox (1940ies) see pictures:
you have to get used to that or change to a newer automatic type Vespa....

if you have experience as a mechanic you can do it by yourself, but otherwise it is better to have it done by a pro, as the brakes are a main safety item....

-the flasher unit is located behind the front panel:
1) first remove the Piaggio-Logo carefully with a scredriver from the right side (seen from front)
2) there is a screw under the logo, remove it
3) push the panel stronlgy to up.
4) at left you see the flasher relais
5) clean all contacts with a brass brush and spray some WD-40
on them, then try again if the flashers work again normal
6) - if NOT replace the flasher-unit with a new one

Usually just a bad connection. Clean the side panel pin on the 'front' of the panel and the hole in the frame. Check also that your rear pin's rubber sleeve is in good condition.

as for the rear indicators:
