Question about Tylo Pool & Spa
It is brown, got 3 bays at the top, 2 side ones with vents and the centre one with rocks. it is 45cm wide 57cm tall and 20cm deep. in the base there is a central hub with all the red and black wires going to it, and the stripped green wire goes to a seperate bolt (earth??) Then white wires go from the central hub to six points on the base of the elements (3 each side) and then 4 go to a small square box with a round red button (fuse???)
Older 3 wire connectors where Wht=Neutral Ground Return, Red=One Phase Hot, Blk=Second Phase Hot, of 220VAC stove connections.
Newer Electrical code standard has a forth wire that is bare copper for a separate safety ground return.
I suggest you but a 4 wire pig tail cable for your stove top, available at Depot or Lowes, and connect 3 wires of this 4 wire cable just like the 3 wires are now connected. The 4th bare copper safety is attached to any metal part of the stove. Find a screw you can loosen to wrap it around and tighten.

Black and white are usually power. an ohmmeter will confirm. Brown are for capacitors. There is almost always a diagram on the motor someplace. Eric
