I have the same problem it heats up but does not stay. Temperature still reads 375 however you can touch everything within the oven and you will not get burned. I had it serviced and still a problem. Does anyone know if this stove has been recalled. I Have an Ultrabake Gas range only purchased 5 years ago.I have the same problem it heats up but does not stay. Hard to know...First thing I'd check is the power supply to the unit. Turn off both breakers. Check wiring all the way through for tightness. Turn both breakers on. Next, you'll need to check the elements for continuity...with the power off.

There is a cooling fan In a STOVES 720 to keep the fabric of the oven cool. If this fails the overheat thermostats will cut in and shut the heating elements off. The cooling fan does in fact blow air out of various places in and around the doors. The top oven has a small element and takes a long time to warm up. If you are not confident that the thermostats are working correctly, then I suggest you purchase an oven thermometer from someone like Lakeland and see how that relate to what you are actually setting on the cooker dial. As I said the top oven leave a lot to be desired!
if you have no bake most likely you need to change out the ignitor, next time send the model number,if it's a stove with the burners on top open the utility draw and on the left or right side on the frame you'll see the model number
the internal fuse is blown out and the circuit breakers gone short its a reparing job not a resetting job.you will have to opoen the oven and get the circuit breaker checked and repaired or replaced.
it sounds like it burnt one of your main wires in the back of range. by turning a knob on you are getting a feed back. turn the power off remove back panel take a visual check of your wiring.
