ERRO My printer always reports erro 0003 system erro what should I do? [email protected]

10.0003 Yellow cartridge e-label error Error message 10.0003 supply error alternates with Reinstall with a ? under the Yellow print cartridge gas gauge Description E-label cannot be read or print cartridge is not properly installed. Action

1. Open the front cover of printer and remove the toner cartridge exhibiting error.
2. Inspect the print cartridge to ensure the e-label reader is attached to print cartridge and is not damaged.
3. Inspect the inside of printer to verify the e-label does not have any product packing tape still attached.
4. Inspect the e-label reader to ensure the gold contact points are not damaged or bent. Also inspect the black plastic on e-label reader to ensure it is not bent or broken.
5. Reinstall the print cartridge.
6. Power cycle the device.
7. If reinstalling the print cartridge does not resolve the issue, replace the print cartridge.
