The problem appears to have resolved itself. The oly changes I made to the smartphone was to power it off and insert 16GB mini SD memory card. Since powering back up I have not had the alarm warning.

I can't set the alarm on a Bush dabcr2004/a radio alarm clock

If anyone still has one of these, and is struggling to set the alarm, try this:

For setting the alarm

Press the menu button. Press right arrow button 5 times until you get 'clock' then press select.

You'll see 'set alarm,' press select button again to say yes.

You'll see a display with all the current settings: Alarm 1, the current alarm time and whether it's set for Daily or Once. Pressing the right arrow now advances the hours, the select button moves you on to the minutes, set these with the arrow buttons too.

Select button now moves you to 'Daily' or 'Once' - again you change this with the arrows. Select button moves you on to choose Radio or buzzer (again, you change this with the left/right arrows and press select for your choice).

All settings are done, you can power off now, or I think pressing menu took me out of settings mode and back to radio display.

Turning the alarm on or off:

Press menu, then right arrow 5 times for 'clock.'

Select this and you'll see 'set alarm' - press right arrow button once and you get 'Alarm On/Off.

Now every time you press select, the bell symbol toggles from visible to invisible, visible being 'on.'

You can now press menu to get out of the settings mode.

How do i set my alarm and when do i know it is on or off....keeps coming on and i dont know how to shut off the alarm...thank you

This clock radio features a dual alarm system, with two separate alarms that can be operated independently. The alarms can be set to wake two people at different times, or to have a main alarm and a backup. One alarm features your choice of radio stations as an alarm wake sound, while the second features a buzzer wake sound. You can set the radio alarm, the buzzer alarm, or both alarms.
Setting Radio Alarm
1. Press the "Alarm Set" Button. The display will flash and the Radio Alarm Indicator will appear. If you do not begin setting the time within ten seconds of pressing the it, the display will stop flashing andd you will need to press the "alarm Set Button again. 2. While the display flashes, press the "Tuning/Set" Buttons to set the wake time. Hold a button for a few seconds to advance the time rapidly. Be sure to set the correct AM/PM time, as shown by the PM Indicator. 3. After setting the radio alarm time, you will need to select the station to wake up to. First, press the "AM/FM" Button to select a radio frequency. Next, select a station using the "Radio Preset Buttons". Rotate the Volume Thumbwheel to set a wake sound volume level. 4. After setting the radio alarm wake time and sound, you will need to select your 7-5-2 setting. The 7-5-2 setting lets you set the alarm for a full week, weekdays only, or the weekend. Before setting the alarm, be sure that the correct date is set. 5. After you have set the radio alarm wake time, wake sound, and 7-5-2 setting, press the "Alarm Set" Button twice so that the display shows the standard, non-flashing display.
Setting Buzzer Alarm
1. Press the "Alarm Set" Button twice. The display will flash and the Buzzer Alarm Indicator will appear. 2. While the display flashes, press the "Tuning/Set" Buttons to set the wake time, as described above. 3. After setting the buzzer wake time, use the "Date/7-5-2" Button to select the buzzer. 4. After you have set the buzzer wake time and 7-5-2 setting, press the "Alarm Set" Button once so that the display shows the standard, non- flashing display.
Activating the Alarms
1. To activate the radio alarm, press the "Radio Alarm" Button so that the Radio Alarm Indicator appears on the display. As long as this indicator appears, the alarm will sound at the set time and days. 2. To activate the buzzer alarm, press the "Buzzer Alarm" Button so that the Buzzer Alarm Indicator appears on the display. As long as this indicator appears, the alarm will sound at the set time and days. 3. When the alarm sounds, press the " Off/Reset" Button to turn off the alarm while still maintaining the programmed 7-5-2 alarm settings. To turn off an alarm and cancel its 7-5-2 settings, press its "Alarm Button" so that its Alarm Indicator no longer appears on the display. 4. To activate the snooze feature, press the "Snooze/Night-Light" Bar when the alarm sounds. The alarm will shut off for approximately nine minutes before sounding again. The feature can be repeated several times during the one-hour snooze cycle. 5. If it is not turned off, the alarm will sound for an hour before stopping. As long as an Alarm Indicator appears on the display, the alarm will sound at the set time, according to the 7-5-2 settings.

I can't reset my Atomic Traveling Alarm Clock C17DD2090(WIC#6930

First, make sure you have new batteries in it. Then you have two choices:

Hold down the 3rd button -- the antenna button -- until the little antenna sign displayed on the right starts blinking and "broadcasting"...and then wait for the clock to set itself.

When that doesn't work (LOL), try this:
Hold down the "Set" button until each of the various fields start blinking. Then press the up button (3rd one) or the down button (4th one) to adjust each field to the desired number, etc. At least, that's what my office technician did to set mine. Good luck.
