We have an over the range model manufactured in 2001. In the last 2 months, the turntable seems to be breaking down. It makes quite a bit of noise while attempting to rotate (it doesn't always succeed) and the only way to stop the noise is to turn the turntable off at the control panel. If this is an easy fix, I'll do it in a heartbeat, but with a 5 year old oven, should it be fixed? Should I continue to use the microwave without the turntable function? Or, should I look at a replacement? Any assistance would be most appreciated.
