Hi. We received our breadmaker yesterday. There are two problems. The machine will not let you program the internal clock. The time will program in, but once you hit the set button the time will not change accordingly, it is stuck on the original time you set it. It doesn't move. The second problem is when you start a bread program it will act like it is fine until you hit the start button. It will then have a wait sign, and will not start the motor to knead the bread. I waited for over 20 minutes and the motor will not start. I did the self test and the motor, heater, and other parts worked fine. I hope you can help. Thanks, Susanne
SOURCE: Bread pan jumps off of its fastener clips.
I have the answer to the TR2500BC pan popping off the base!! My husband and I made a loaf for testing the jump off. Ah HAH! I set the pan in, ok. felt it was down all the way. When it started to knead the ball and stop to reverse...it popped off. We looked at the side hook on top. ok. It popped off again. It was when my husband made sure the two tabs on the under side of the pan was in the opposit direction of the two buds in the base. at that point you MUST set the pan down with force until you get that distinctive click, click. Rock the pan front to back a bit as you push down. It has worked every time since I started that process. I make two loafs of bread a week with no problem of it hopping off. ENJOY.

2 solutions 1st is the belt on the bottom eother slipped off or broke.\
Remove the bottom cover 2 screws have special screws.
You can get the security bit at harborfreight.com.
Then check the belt.
Also check to make sure the passle shaft is not frozen. See pther cure on how to do this.
The pan jumps either because the shaft is frozen or the side clips that hold the pan are not locking you must bend them to hold the pan if they are too tight the pan is hard to remove.
This to me is not as good as a design as the twist lock on other bread machines.

SOURCE: kneading blade stays in bread after cooking.
Hi,
This sometimes happens. I have a Panasonic.
When you place contents in pan with some machines it is important to place contents
in a particular order. I should try to keep contents away from the kneading blade as you place them.
Another thing that might possibly help is to put a litter olive oil around the blade before adding ingredients.
Hope that this helps
