For Lifemax watch instructions, go to http://www.rnib.org.uk/shop/Pages/Category.aspx?Category=talking_watches
and select the model of Lifemax watch for which you require instructions.
When that product page opens, scroll down to find 'product instructions'. Click on that to open the instructions in a Word document (you will need to have MS Word or the free OpenOffice suite to read it)

SOURCE: how to set up ladies roxy digital watch

I found users instructions on roxy website at:
http://www.roxy.com/search/index.jsp?f=Taxonomy%2FROXY%2F2818169&categoryId=2818071&f=Taxonomy%2FROXY%2F2818071&fbc=1&fbn=Taxonomy|Watches&fbx=0

We were able to program our watch completely!!!

If you look on the back of the watch that you bought on the metal plate, it tells you the style. Ours was the Roxy 70's digital watch, and I found specific instructions at (even if this is not your style, the instructions may work):

Enter "www.armitron.com", select "support" and then watch instructions" and a set of diagrams will appear.

Go to the one that looks like yours (use the two brown arrow heads to scroll through the list) and download the instructions.

My Emporio Armani 5330 has a problem in that the date advances at noon instead of at midnight so the 24 hour indicator on the bottom of the face is not in sync. How do I correct this?

Simply advance hands 12 hours forwards (clockwise). Just pull out crown to the time setting position and turn the watch hands forwards if the date is changing before midnight. If the date is changing after midnight - turn the hands 12 hours backwards. Don't do this when the actual time is between 10pm - 2am.

I forgot how to change the date?

On most analog watches (non-digital), changing the date is achieved by:

1) Pulling the crown all the way out (second position). Turn the crown, changing the time until the date advances. This tells you that you are in the AM setting. Adjust the time further based upon this.

2) Push the crown in slightly until you feel a (click). This is the first crown position. Turning the crown in this position will change the date quickly (depending on your watch model).

3) Push the crown all the way in to the case when you are finished setting the time and date.

Thanks for the rating!

I purchased a Nat. Geo. Dakota watch in past fall..It was impossible to set. Paid a watch shop to set it....now it won't change to daylight savings time...nor will it change time zones when I travel....

When changing time zones, your watch must be manually set for the new time zone you will be entering. This watch is not designed to adjust for new time zones automatically. Instructions for changing time zones can be changed using the directions found on pages 2-4 in your instruction manual. When changing to and from DST, your watch should automatically adjust for this difference with the next 24 hours after the change. If your watch has not adjusted, you may be in an area that is not receiving signal. Check if your watch has received signal by using the directions found on page 1 of your instruction manual. If your watch has received signal in the past and no longer is receiving signal, your watch may need to be serviced or exchanged. Please contact Dakota Watch Company Customer Service by email at [email protected], or by phone at 1-888-459-0404.
