Fairbury 4005 series spins by itself

The gooseneck is swiveling uncontrolled and is not held in place anymore. it seems to be an internal problem in the casing. is there a fix?

I have the same faucet and the same problem. I found that when I pull up on the gooseneck, I can feel it go back into position, but soon it falls down again. I'm also not sure if that part is accessible if it is taken apart.

Amercian Standard demanded a receipt from me. They stated they could not help me without it.
They did convey that it's a design problem and not repairable. I'm sure that's true because I took the faucet apart as far as I could and was not able to do anything about it. Luckily, I get Home Depot to email the receipts to my account.

What size gooseneck hitch do i buy to pull my 36 ft dutchman colorado fifth wheel

depending on where you buy your hitch, a salesperson versus online. but if you get a chance to stop by a camper place and ask what size they recommend. There are a multitude of sizes and styles. like I have a 1 ton dually with the pin in the bed of the truck while my international 4700 has a small semi style plate with the ball ( kingpin) on the trailer. best to see what they would recommend. no obligation and information is free.

Braun 4005: how to open the case to access to switch? The problem is that shaver does not turn on when it switched on, so I think the problem is in bad electrical contact Thank you for help

To open the unit, first remove the foil and cutters. Then remove the swivel frame by taking out the two tiny screws on each side. Then locate the two round screw covers on either side of the hole where th cord plugs into the shaver. You will have to pry them out with a tiny jewelers screwdriver or similar object. Then remove the two screws underneath. You can then carefully pry the case apart from the bottom

Is it normal to lose water pressure when you install a gooseneck faucet?

Yes, the water has to go further up hill sapping gravity, also the splash strainer is more efficient reducing the flow to prevent water splashing and filling the water stream with more air.

Kenmore series 80 washer makes loud knocking noise during spin cycle

Most washer tubs are suspended by heavy rubber O-rings. These do fail with age so that the tub is not being held centered anymore. I suspect one of them has failed or come off during a severely unbalanced load.

My Kenmore 80 series washer shakes uncontrollably in spin cycle.

try this
the washer needs to be leveled on a flat surface to properly function rock forwards then backwards
washing machine have stablizers on there leg pegs this insures it has a proper setting on floor
if this did not help there is a spring under neith that you did not load back to bucket to keep in place
most likely it just needs to be rocked you will know if pegs are seated properly
