First, I should ask where you buy your toner and what quality is it. If it's not a genuine Konica Minolta toner you will run into more problems.
Your first check, print using about 5 copies of card, if the prints on the cards shows shadowy image or you find shadow repetition of the prints, that's a confirmation of a bad toner quality.

clean the rollers with propanol whcih is available small bottles with hardware vendors or with chemists. clean the rollers carefully with that try a print. if it not works then consult your service centre.

Go to internet explorer, type in the IP address of the copier, and you will open a page showing you the copier.
Click on the SCAN tab and check the settings.
The most common fault is when the user name and password of the PC has been changed.

I have come across this kind of problem.
Is your BizHub on the network? If yes, please switch it off completely, and take the Ethernet cable out of the BizHub.
Wait for atleast 30 seconds and reconnect the cable. Now start the printer again and see if the error message goes away.

You have Auto Tray Switching acticated (ATS). Unless you specify each tray/paper with different settings it will switch.
Go in to the utility menu and you can find this in the paper tray settings area I believe.
You can turn this off completely to avoid this in the future.
If you look around you can even just tweak the settings for this, but in your case i would just shut it off.

Unfortunately you cannot reset those electronic counters.
I'd suggest reloading the firmware to try and solve the issue going forward.
