An Acer W500 is a windows tablet. It comes with Windows 7 installed which has no app store program included (unlike windows 8 and 10). You will have to transfer games off of CD's to a usb flash drive or usb hard drive and install them. You can also look on the Internet for games to download using a search engine such as Google or Bing or you can purchase games at http://store.steampowered.com , https://www.humblebundle.com/store , http://www.gog.com . There are other stores too. You could also upgrade to Windows 8 or 10, which would allow you to use the app store to get games etc.
The other thing, is you only have a 32gb hard drive which probably only has 5-8gb of space left. So you will have to install on a SDcard or install a bigger Msata hard drive...which of course will require the re-installation of windows. It is also better to get someone who knows what they are doing to install the hard drive.

Acer Iconia Tab A500 has 16384 MB of Builtin memory. There is a plastic flap right next to the buttons, where you can insert a microSD
card.
You can add microSD, microSDHC Card of up to 64 GB MAX

Welcome to Fixya. I would like to know if the wifi works before? If the laptop was able to detect and connect to a wireless signal and the Iconia won't you can check the warranty of the Iconia and call acer and they will be able to replace the unit. This is a common issue with Iconia that some of the device has a hardware wifi defect. You can also refer to the link below and see what happen with their Iconia and was able to talk to acer for a replacement.
