Ge Monogram ZISS420DMAS compressor and fan not running

Lights are functioning, so appliance does have AC power. I reset the main service panel breaker serving the refrigerator, but the compressor and fan did not turn on. The compressor was warm but probably from running prior to the shutdown.

Door was left slightly open causing appliance to shut down. I turned off the product for 30 minutes with the door closed. Then turned it back on , the unit re-started and has worked fine since then.

There is a control panel reset for my GE Monogram side by side, Model # zfsb23dnss, It was "repaired" with a new board and now will not cool or freeze, HELP

There is no such button. What part # was on the replacement control board? Your model also has an INVERTER used to control the compressor... When the machine is turned "on" does the fan in the freezer and the fan near the compressor run? Is there any frost on the back wall of the freezer, or is it room temp? GE Refrigerator Main Control Board WR49X10152 .... GE Inverter Board WR49X10283 These two parts control compressor function on your fridge, the first two are the expensive parts called for by your model number- the second two are identical function, but cheaper part number!

Ge monogram won't turn on?

Thank You for providing the model number so I was able to see what parts your refrigerator uses. Some models like yours have something called an inverter board, yours does not. Fans not working properly can also bring a heavy load on compressor causing the compressor to heat up and damaging the motherboard where you hear the clicking. The problem you are having is possibly related to the=> WR07X10074 Start Relay, e=>WR08X10052 Overload WR62X0080 Run Capacitor, and the=> WR55X11130 Main Control Board Here is another board sold at Appliance Parts Pro's=> WR55X11130 Main Control Board Assembly If you would like to do this yourself I will be glad to help answer the questions you have even assist you with installation questions. The problems you are having i typical for GE Refrigerators. If you have questions I am here. Thanks John Tripp Appliance 911

42" Built-in Monogram Refrigerator just lost power.

Check the Compressor starter. This is a black box on the top of the compressor. See if it is getting any power, also with a flash light you will be able to see if it is burnt it looks like a BIG fuse. If it is popped you will need to replace it then all will work ok after that

GE Monogram side by side compressor runs loud - sounds like rapid knocking. what can i do?

check if it is the fan make that noise and not the compressor but if it is the compressor then you might need a new starter unit to the compressor

Refrigerator is not cold, is there a reset button or a fuse and if so where is it

you need to replace the main controller assembly in the rear lower compartment by the compressor and condenser fan G.E. part # AP3885943 this is why it won't cool properly

GE Monogram ZISB36DYB Freezer Not Cold Enough; Burning Center

Pull the refrig out , and remove the panel at the bottom , on the back . Behind this panel , will be the compressor and condenser " roll " coil , and the condenser fan motor . From your description of the problem , the fan motor in not operating , or the coils are extremely clogged with dust . If the fan motor is not operating , the most likely cause , is the main control board . You can try replacing the motor first , but , the board is most likely the cause . This is the electronic board , behind the 8 " X 10 " panel , behind the refrig also . If you remove the panel , and look at the board closely , You may see a burned part ( resistor ) . However , replacing the burnt part , will not solve the problem . The complete board will need to be replaced .

Ice/water dispenser panel dead on a GE monogram refer

there's a mother board on all the ge machines and everything runs through it part WR55X11130 i'm not saying this is your problem but it does power the dispenser board, here's a great site that shows you what the mother board does
https://www.scribd.com/document/243353634/GE-Electronic-Refrigerator-AC-Diagnostics-Manual
you can try this to run it diagnostics
http://www.msaworld.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2014/05/GE-Monogram-Diagnostic-Mode.pdf
did you try killing the power for like 10 minutes to see if it resets, also there's a lock on the dispenser but i'm sure you checked that, that's it you either have a bad dispenser board,a bad mother board or a broken wire, this is what happens with all the computer boards added into these appliances, lol good luck at least you're not loosing any food

GE Monogram Bev Center no longer cooling

Depend how old it is, Monogram does have a better warranty then regular appliances, sounds like it may have a bad power supply board in the back. It may have a compressor problem but the circut board  is more likely. It would probably be worth  having a GE tech to come and give you an estimate a the very least. Only because if you purchase the new board and install it, most places will not accept returns on electronic parts. Hope this helped.
