It's to ways that can happen , It sorter a black member chip you slide from your cell phone and don't just pull it out eject it from your cell phone go to setting. And which this is what you save songs or pictures too when it's in your phone. As you can get a member cover from your phone service to put the chip inside it to slide it inside the slot on the side of your ??. Or just send all your pictures to your G-mail or Yahoo mail if you have either account an retrieve them from there to put onto your computer.
use photobucket, it's much easier and it syncs automatically.Or you can try to take the memory card out of your phone and stick it in the laptop to do the transfer. Use a micro sd card carrier that plugs into your laptop like a regular sd card. Or you can tell your phone to always connect as a usb mass storage device.
How did u try to download pics? What i know is that there are two ways to save something from a memory card to a PC. One way is via USB cable and other way is directly from mem card. If you're trying to save your pics from CAM to PC using an USB cable and not working at all then try opening up the memory card from your CAM and insert the card directly into your laptop in the laptop's memory card slot but if there isnt any slot, try to get it into a card reader and then attach the card reader with your PC. Hope it will work for you, best of luck.... x
It should be picture size issue. -Take a Picture-Open the picture in the picture browser -Crop the picture (Can select the entire picture
if so desired) -Save -Send the newly cropped picture in an MMS . Downsizing the image to 50-60kb. .
should work.
Alright I got the same phone and i figured out the problem.. you got to save the picture's to your sd card, then connect your phone to your computer/laptop with the usb and options will pop up saying "import picture's" then just click it and it will import the picture's.
when it "freezes" it's usually just taken a picture (easy to accidentally press the shutter) and is showing it to you--press save (left function) or erase (right) then is ready for another--can tell because the picture is moving as you move the phone
