Question about Creative Labs Zen Neeon MP3 Player
My zen neeon froze while playing a track on my playlist! its still on and i cant switch it off. i tried to plug it to my usb but nothing happened....what can i do? just leave all the battery to waste out?
You can use the reset Button to solve this issue. HOWEVER!! Be careful! If you place the pin incorrectly it will go in all the way. You need to make sure you hear/feel the typical reset Click button.
I pushed the pin in then slightly up. The reset button should be 1cm in not more than that. Hope that helps.

I'm facing the problem too. The only thing you can do is push a pin or straightened paper clip into the Reset button. But dont push too hard as you might spoil the thing. So its good to bring a safety pin along, just in case.
