Its indicates attention..1. door open 2. cartridge missed 3. no paper in tray 4. paper jam. open the door there is notch which pushes the switch check notch broken? reinsert the cartridge check, load paper in tray check paper sensor flag strucked. Lift registration assm plate any paper partials under clean it..
There is a small sensor (usually a "finger" and a "socket") that senses when no paper is inserted.
Obviously, the sensor is giving the wrong "status" to the printer.
It could be clogged with paper-dust, or the finger could be jammed, so that it does not move.
Unplug the power cord and open the cover and remove toner and try to look I inside around the roller and try to manually roll the roller and if you can see the paper try to pull is slowly. Have a nice day and do not forget to rate please...!
