This is a Dell optiplex system but the issue is that the page overlays all other functions so you can not open control pannel or go to start run and type anything.

I can't get my b130 to connect to printer.

If yor key in Control Alt Delete you will get Windows Task Manager which will list Toolbar Eula status as running. Clicking on END TASK will close the window -- but only until your next re-boot. Various suggestions have been made about how to get rid of Toolbar Eula permanently, but it appears difficult to make Toolbar Eula go away permanently.

Press Start then run then type 'msconfig'to bring up the system congiguration utility, then click on the end tab called 'Startup' and look down the list for the EULA programme that starts and un tick it. Re- start and next time it starts up tick the box that says 'don't show again', because you have changed the configuration

I want to get rid of "ASK" and set Google as my hopmepage

Here's how you can get rid of ASK toolbar and set Google as you homepage:
1.To uninstall Ask Toolbar program from Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, click the "Start" button, then click on the "Control Panel" menu option.
If you are using Windows 8, simply drag your mouse pointer to the right edge of the screen, select Search from the list and search for "control panel" .Or you can right-click on a bottom left hot corner (formerly known as the Start button) and select Control Panel from there.
2.When the "Control Panel" window opens click on the "Uninstall a program" option under "Programs" category. This option is shown by the arrow in the image below. If you are using the "Classic View" of the Control Panel, then you would double-click on the "Programs and Features" icon instead.
3.When the "Programs and Features" or the "Uninstall a Program" screen is displayed, scroll through the list of currently installed programs and uninstall Ask Toolbar, Ask Toolbar Updater, Ask Updater and any other recently installed or unknown programs from your computer. That should uninstall Ask toolbar from your computer. You'll also need to remove extensions from your browsers. Refer to this article which gives detailed instructions on how you can remove Ask toolbar from your browser as well as what to do if you can't remove it:
    http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-ask-toolbar-and-search/
For setting Google as home page, once Ask toolbar has been removed, just open your browser and paste this link in the address bar:
    http://www.google.com/homepage/

It'll automatically detect the browser you're using and give you instructions on how to set Google as your homepage.

Unable to get Yahoo as home page and Google/ Windows Toolbar

If you're using Internet Explorer, click on "Tools", then "Internet Options". You can set your home page to Yahoo on the first page (save that). On the Programs tab, you'll see Manage Add-Ins. That's where you restore the Google Toolbar. If you're using another browser, go to Google, enter the name of the browser and "set home page".

How do I get rid of a abode flash player google tool bar notifier that appears on my screen when I go through to internet and keeps flashing on all the time HELP

Adobe flash player and google toolbar are 2 different things. I don't think you want to get rid of adobe flash player because it is needed to correctly display many web pages but you can get rid of google toolbar.

To do that, go to start, control panel, and under programs, click uninstall programs. Scroll down until you see google toolbar. Click on google toolbar to highlight it. On the top of the window, click uninstall. Follow the wizard until it says the program was successfully uninstalled. You may need to restart your computer once the program is uninstalled.

Let me know if this solves your problem.

Eula

PROBLEM: Google toolbar EULA window that is cut-off on the right and bottom of the screen.

DISCUSSION: User is unable to minimize, close or continue because those buttons are off the window. The window is always on top and convering the whole desktop. Could not get to control panel because it opens behind EULA window.

RESOLUTION: You can fix this issue by ending EULA task in task manager. Then increasing the screen resolution from 800 x 600 to 1400 x XXX. After restarting with the increased resolution, the EULA window comes up but is not cut-off. User is able to continue with the option to install Google toolbar or not. When finished with it, change resolution to desired size
