The rechargeable battery may be exhausted and probably needs to be replaced. Try www.ebay.com type make and model of Capsule Speaker and scroll through the list. The only other option is try the manufacture, contact customer support and the technical department.

Turn up the volume on your iPhone. Also, try connecting your iPhone or any other media player, e.g. computer, to the AUX IN jack on the speaker and see if the volume is higher for that connection.

How do i pair my x-mini kai capsule speaker with my phone?

Where the bluetooth options on your phone will depend on your phone.

So to put the speaker into Bluetooth pairing more slide the power switch to the right hand side. If the speaker has power then a blue light to the right should light up.

Once this is done you will need to find the Bluetooth devices option on your phone. This will be located somewhere under settings - connectivity.
When you locate the device in bluetooth devices, select it then select pair.

If you can't find the bluetooth options on your phone, comment on this answer with the phone name and model and I will see if I can find out for you.

Don't know how to recharge

Just use the combined USB/audio cable. Plug the standard USB side in your computer, or even in the back of some modern TVs, and then plug the other side with the smaller USB plug into the speaker.

How do I get the left speaker to work?

try swapping the speakers around if the problem still persists either the speaker is faulty or
the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer or to if a laptop on the side

you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good

or you might have to clean the dust from your computer dust causes static which causes your computer to overheat and all sorts of problems

be sure to wear an anti static earth strap before touching anything inside your computer
try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure

that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the CPU central processing unit and your SOUND CARD dust causes static to build up in a computer causing it to overheat any many other problems

hope this helps

Won't charge or switch on. Does nothing at all

This is usually because the battery has totally failed, take the thing apart, difficult, but not impossible, and you have nothing to loose, and superglue is great, get the battery and find a replacement, that's about all one can do. Otherwise it's replacement time sorry.

I cannot get any sound output from my Acer Aspire T180 desktop PC. I changed the monitor from the original "out of the box" monitor. I have plugged in media speakers but there still is no sound output.

Sounds like a driver problem.

You should be able to get a universal Realtek driver from here.....
