Yesterday, while printing, I accidentally turned the printer off. Today, it will not print. I can copy, and scan. I checked the printer folder and it says it is offline. I clicked on the "use online" line and it still is offline. My daughter-in-law, who is my "computer geek" is unavailable right now, and I really need this printer to work. Help, please.

disconnect printer and go to control panel clik on add/remove program remove all driver oand sofftware of your printer
and restart ypur pc and after restarting insert cd in install software of your printer

if the printer image is clear it is online and ready to use, if its
blurred then its in offline mode and cannot be use.
To correct
offline printer.. some possible reasons is on the usb cable.. check if
there is no open wire along the cable...Inserting the USB connector on

Hi, make sure if the pdf you can't print is restricted by owner password which prevents you from copying, editing and printing pdf files. User a pdf password remover to remove pdf password. AnyBizSoft has a product like this.
I had the same problem after I accidentally pulled the power cord out of the printer - it turned out to be the firewall on my PC, when the printer reconnected to the wireless network it got a new IP address and the firewall was blocking incoming messages from it.
