TURNED THE OVEN TO "CLEAN" LAST NIGHT AND NOW THEY ARE
FROZEN.... CANNOT GET THE DOORS TO OPEN AND THE DIALS ARE FROZEN AS IF
THE OVEN THIKS IT IS IN CLEANING MODE... WE CANNOT FIND THE OWNERS
MANUAL.... IT IS MODEL NUMBER PLEB 30T9 FC , FRIGIDAIRE CONVECTION

Set the range as if you are setting it to clean and after you hear it cycle into clean then cancel and it should unlock ,,,, please remember to click on rating / thanks

Most newer ovens have a lock on them, and you probably haven't noticed it. look for a lock button. It will probably be electronic, not a mechanical button. Not sure what brand you have or how old it is.
Try unplugging it. If that does not work, try to use a flat object like a butter knife, to move the latch (between handle, and top of stove.) Other than that... have a handy guy you know come look at it....
the oven door does lock during self clean, otherwise it will not work. however, the door is supposed to unlock after the oven has cooled. if it is still locked, turn the oven to self clean and wait about a minute and then hit cancel and see if the door unlocks. if not, there may be a probelm with the door lock mechanism. The temperature setting must be set on "Cleaning" and the oven cooking dial to "Clean"; otherwise the door will not open and forcing will damage the mechanism. Also, before the door will open, the internal temperature must drop to a safe level and a red "cleaning" light must go off, after the temperature drops inside the oven.
Turn the operating mode dial to self-clean, then manually hold in for about 20 seconds the light pin on the oven rim. The lock will eventually open after 20 or so seconds. Turn off the operating dial and the door will close.
try hitting self clean again give it a few seconds for the eoc to think the door is locking then hit stop/clear or cancel let me know if this helps if not i can call ge tech after holidays
