Question about Iomega MiniMax (33464) 250 GB Hard Drive
My iomega minimax harddrive GB -- bought in february 2006 at fnac in Marbella -- doesn't work anymore. Absolutely nothing happens when I connect it to the electricity. More important than the hardware is the data on the disk. How and where can I have it repaired? I don't get any help here in Spain and iomega/Europe doesn't answer my e-mails. What can I do to have at least the data saved? Yours Peter J. Beck
Is it usb ad has it got screws in the houseing if so unscrews the the thing and then see if it has got IDE ribbon cable or scsci connection if it has got IDE Connection then check power cable connection to hdd if it's loose then use small open ended screwdrier and close each end slightly and try power to hdd if stillno power then open pc case and connect to pc power cable and see power up via pc if works buy a box that houses Ide harddrives in the country you live in it means that the country you got it from has got a lower vaultage than yours. yours warewolf ps any more info needed contact me on [email protected] in box subject please put pcrepair- your problem after the - replys will be sent as soon as I can

Hello colleagues,
I wrote an e-mail to all the 12 other fnac shops here in Spain and explained them how it destroys their image if clients are treated that way in Marbella.
The same day I got a telephone call to bring my harddrive to be repaired quickly.
I recommend all people who want to buy electronical stuff in Spain to do that at Corte Ingl?s. They take back every article within a month if you are not satisfied.
Thank you for your attention
