I have tried letting the battery run out and recharge, hitting reset, even tried to find some software to reload but nothing seems to work. Everytime I start it up it still freezes. I can't even find where to send it to get repaired or how much it would cost. Can anyone assist me???? Thanks.
What worked for me was, first downloading the firmware then formatting the MP3 player. Im sure that I did it backwards but it worked for me. Good Luck.
