The part number is; C7769-60182 runs at around $70.00.
This component needs to be installed by a service technician. You can seriously damage this plotter if you remove the carriage ribbon connectors and do not install them properly. You will fry the pca board (a $1,100 mistake).

It is not recommended that the user replace the carriage belt, on any HP printer. Any damage caused by the user, won't be covered by the warranty and will likely result in a completely useless, but very expensive doorstop. Or paperweight..
I do believe your printer has since been discontinued for support, however only an HP Customer Service Representative would be able to confirm that. I would suggest phoning HP for technical support or to at least confirm whether support is available.
Even if your printer is no longer a) under warranty, which I suspect it's not, or b) out of support completely, they may be able to provide you with a list of Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) within your area.
