I have a Nokia 6700 and it was in my bag,in my bag there was water and it spilled on my phone however didn't recognise.but it still made calls for a couple of minutes then the screen goes automatically blank again.I've put it in rice for 72 hours but it still hasn't worked.Please anyone just give me a solution,I REALLY NEED IT.
Screen damage replace it or clean the conector port of display

in you case, there is two probabilite :
- the screen
- the nape
and yhe nape is the moste probabilite, it's a small nape for the connexion betwen the screen and the mothercard.
in all the case this intervention need a professionnel intervention, i don't advice you to do it by your self if you are note.

replace the LCD theres a posibilty of it being foulty , the IC on the lcd is damaged and please check the lcd socket on the MB .

The problem with your phone is that the screen on your phone
is malfunctioning/bad, that is why it display white after few hours, you will need to get a brand new
screen on your phone, go to any phone accessories shop within your
vicinity to get he screen of your phone and make sure you go with the
phone while going, this will enable you get the exact and a working
screen on your phone. But, if it is a slide phone, just replace the flex if the screen is not crack.
