Moultrie camera locked up.

I have the basic moultrie trail camera and it locked up. when turned on, the battery symbol is blank, but battery is fully charged. None of the buttons respond when pressed,(mode, select, and change buttons). Does anyone know how to reset the unit, or fix problem? Thanks

Resetting the Moultrie A-5 Game Camera
HARD RESET TAKE OUT BATTERIES SD CARD PUSH THE ON OFF BUTTON FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS LEFT EVERYTHING OUT FOR 2-5 MINUTES. THEN PUT THE BATTERY BACK IN TURN THE CAMERA ON IT SHOULD SAY NO CARD. THEN TURN IT OFF THEN PUT THE SD CARD BACK AND TRY IT IN THE DARK AREA TO SEE IF THE FLASH WILL GO OFF. IF THAT DOESN'T WORK WILL NEED TO SEND IT IN FOR REPAIRS.

Moultrie game camera flash will not work. All bulbs light up red but every night picture is so dark
Try doing a hard reset, Turn camera off remove battery's and sd card. With everything out. Push on/off for about 5 sec. Put good battery's in ig. If you using cheap battery's make sure your are using Duracell or Engerzier battery's not rechargeable. Also make sure not using a micro sd card and nothing higher than a class 4 which is the speed of the card not the size. If still need help call with equipment to troubleshoot to Moultire 800653334 option 1 and 1 for a live person.

Trail Card Lock
SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the metal contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.
