Here is the Sunpentown Site, manufacturer of your A/C. They should be able to assist you with replacement parts for your unit, if available.

Hi, we have a wa-903 air conditioner that doesn't cool as much as it should. I have cleaned the filters. What else should I do? Thanks

Was it ever satisfactory? If not maybe the room size, conditions, location are to blame. If it was working fine before then the only issue might be with a freon leak resulting in low refrigerant.

Spt Wa-2211s window unit will not power on

You have to try resetting the system. First turn the breaker off for the condenser and wait about 20 seconds. After you turn it back on the system should reset. If you are having prolonged air conditioning check out Air Conditioning Tamarac for more HVAC Support

Hi, we have a wa-903 air conditioner, which I think is by Kenmore, but we have no instruction manual. It doesn't seem to get as cool as it should, can anybody help with basic operating instructions please?

This machine needs to be vented to the outside of the building. There is an air exhause port at the back of the unit to which you attach the exhaust piping. Also try cleaning the filters. these are pullout filters at the top of the back plate of the unit.
