Question about Motorola Mobility E815

1 Answer

Single Vibration/Noise at 10:58pm

I'm having an odd problem with my phone: at 10:58pm, every night, my phone wakes up like it's receiving an incoming call, vibrates once (or beeps once, depending on which mode it's on) and then procedes to idle. This doesn't happen at any other time during the day, when I open the phone it displays no message, and I knonw I don't have any unread messages or unheard voicemails. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it? It does tend to wake me up at night.

If you haven't already done so, power down the phone, wait one minute, and power it up again. Rebooting should fix the problem.

My iPhone incoming calls ring but do not vibrate, but all other notifications vibrate correctly.

Strange. I would try resetting your iPhone. Hold down the home and power buttons until it powers off. It should start up automatically but if not just press the power button. This has worked for me in the past when my iPhone has acted strangely.
Don't worry about a reset or hard reboot. You won't lose any data or settings.

HOW TO GET INCOMING TEXTS TO VIBRATE

There should be two arrows on the side of the phone (probably on the left side) press one error a few times, the screen will then show volume levels then move to beeping and then to vibrate.

When i receive call after 1 Minuit pass it's searching off by it self

ello and thank you for taking the time to read this!

After waking up today I turned on my Sony Ericsson w580i only to find that it was no longer functioning. When I try to make a call it beeps twice and ends the call. Similarly when someone else is calling me it does not display an incoming call. When this happens the caller is simply forwarded to my voicemail.

After much frustration I turned off the phone and removed the SIM card in a futile hope of somehow working my voodoo magic to make it work once again. I then placed the SIM card back into the phone and turned it back on. This effort only bore diseased fruit however; the phone would be able to make and receive calls yet again but only for a short amount of time. After only about 5 minutes it would yet again fail to make calls and was rendered useless.

Please if you have any information or help it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time! =)

Ringer rings continously without pausing when receiving an incoming call

My phone no longer does the rhythmic vibration for incoming calls. I used to have it set up to vibration type 2 (where it vibrates in a certain pattern). However, as of last night, any incoming call just vibrates regularly instead of in a pattern. I checked to make sure that the setting was not changed, and everything looked ok. Is there a registry edit I can do to change this? I would rather not hard reset my phone, but I will have to do that if there's no other way. Thanks

When using my 29897GE1-A and receiving an incoming call, I see the number on my display and the caller receives a message (not my reorded message or voice) stating my phone number and then a beep which...

I don't believe it's a malfunction. See if your current phone company has a voice mail active for your phone. If that's the case then odds are your voice mail is picking up before your answering machine.

Mobile is glowing for every incoming message/incoming call

You haven't said about your mobile model.

Moreover, these blinking will come when you keep your mobile in silent/vibrating mode.

Anyways, if you are getting disturbed by the blinking of the display in the nights, then keep your mobile upside down.
