Hi,
Try Swapping The Mouse for The Keyboard ?
you may have a faulty USB Port On The Computer/Laptop.
Also Which operating System Are You Using Windows 98/2000/ME/XP ?
Another possible Fix, is to wipe the USB Connectors/Contacts on the End of The USB Plugs. ( Computer And Keyboard ) use A Cotton Bud/Swab *****lightly****** soaked with lighter fluid/Petrol/methylated Spirits.

Sorry but you found what is NORMAL for laptops. this is not a bug, error, fault, etc.

Hi,
If the problem is intermittent then the problem could just be
foreign objects like crumbs and hair that's trapped under the keys.
Turn
the laptop off and stand it on it's side with the lid open. Get a soft,
dry paintbrush and brush the keys, gently tap the keyboard in various
places with the back of the paintbrush to help dislodge anything that's
trapped.
Once your satisfied all the keys are clear turn the laptop on and see if it has made any difference.
If it has not then you may need to replace the keyboard.
Good luck.
