I've had no luck getting calls returned when calling the "Support Center" in California as per instructions in the manual with my Beeman RS2 .177. I've called several times to find the closest Authorized Beeman Repair Station. I've noticed the Beeman Web Page is listed as "Under Construction" for months! Do they care about customer or warranty service? Why have customers leave messages on their voice mail then ignore them??? Beeman has a fairly good customer instruction manual compared to Crosman/Benjamin, however, they don't tell how often to oil the main spring, or the proceedure for changing broken main springs...only instructions to take it to an "Authorized Beeman Repair Center". I'm very mechanically inclined and I'm sure I could change the spring, but not sure how to remove the old one as there are no screws in the power cylinder. My guess is to drive out the pins which appear to be "drift pins" and maybe the spring will be accessable. Does anyone know the correct way to change a broken spring??

and let them know what you're looking for. Most all gun manufacturers will provide a free manual for anything they've manufactured. It's a safety thing.
Take care!

The larger screw controls the pull weight, that is how many pounds weight on the trigger.
The front smaller screw controls the length of the first stage, whether you want a short first stage or a longer one.
The rear small screw controls the lenght of the second stage which can be reduced to zero.
