Heylo, my mp3 player was working perfectly until sunday where i plugged it in my computer. when i plug my mp3 player in, the screen says "connecting" and when i unplug it it it says "finishing" after a few seconds the screen goes to main menu and i can listen to my music. but on sunday when i unplugged it, it said finishing as usual...but that is it! my mp3 player is frozen on "finishing". it turns on and off, but thats alll what can i do?
See the reset button on the bottom? press it. mite have to use a sharp pencil or a pin.
Does reseting it make the mp have no music again like wen u ordered it
