Handset microphone not working? callers cannot hear me, i can hear them
Motorola Razr V3i. I can make calls and hear the person I have called but they cannot hear me. Likewise with inbound calls the caller cannot hear me.
Any ideas?

I have tried to troubleshoot the same problem myself, but unfortunately, Could NOT ... not sure what happened....buy another phone I suppose... my only option now

i also got this problem, when i went to the service centre, they told me that the whole circuit needs to be replaced along with the keyboard. It sounds costly to me.

AND FORGOT TO PUT IT IN UR EARS
ok if ur not that dum then try this first
if u have a recording software in it
try to record ur voice and hear the play back
if this step goes right then its some IC (handset circuit or programme) problem
get in touch with the nearest motorola service provider
