Hi, For anyone needing a User Manual for a Rinnai 329H gas heater, I just downloaded a free one from manuals.com. All you have to do is supply your first name & email address and it displays instantly. Hope this helps, Ali
You can go to www.toyostove.com and download or print out an owner's manual. Hover over owners' manuals and when the drop down menu appears click on vented heaters. You can download owner's manuals but not service manuals.

They are all pretty much the same. The US site has similar info. Just google Rinnai. Open the site, go to resources tab and click downloads. The manuals are easy to locate.
