Question about Frigidaire FRS26R4C Side by Side Refrigerator
Water is leaking from the bottom of the plastic housing below the dispenser area. Turning the icemaker off seems to resolve the problem until it's turned back on. Icemaker still works fine but water is leaking in the front while it's on.
If you describe a constant flow of water from the ice maker then the solenoid valve is either leaking by when it's upposed to be off or the motor module is stuck in the "fill" position. If it was stuck in fill you would be getting a LOT of water all the time so if you only have a trickle then the solenoid valve may be letting water leak by it. The diagram here shows the parts for a better idea of what you may need to look at (and where it's at). http://www.partselect.com/Schematics/Frigidaire/SZGBPCQH.gif

I found out how to remove the plastic housing in the front of the door. Found that below the removable tray, it was filled with water. Also see that it appears that water is running straight from the icemaker ice bin and through the ice dispenser valve causing my issue with the water down the front door. I just need to know why the icemaker might be overfilling with water I guess.
Our icemaker/water dispenser is also leaking. It takes several hours, but it fills the little comparment below the grate and then either overflows out the front, or sloshes out when you open the freezer door.
I'm not sure if we have the same model of refrigerator, though.

We had a power outage after an ice storm. When the power came back on, the icemaker started leaking water.
