I want earn money but i dont know theways - Computers & Internet

Please help my mickey mouse telemania phone does not seem to talk, it only rings even if i switch the button to voice (mickey mouse's voice).  It has three choices= off/voice/ringer. when i switch it to off it goes off but as for voice and ringer it just rings.
I think the voice box may have died. but i am not sure. I opened it up but i just see wires and they seem to be good. then again i dont know anything about phones.   Please Help.
