Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

1 Answer

Motorola Razr Screen all white.

My Motorola Razr Screen is all white. I can send and receive calls, but can not see anything on the screen. The phone is still under wartranty and they are sending me a new one, but I need the 100 or so phone numbers from my phone. Unfortunately I saved numbers to the phone, not the SIM card. Any suggestions on how to save to the card without being able to see the screen?

What you can do is buy a connector kit from a mototola place and connect it with your computer, then you will be able to see all the numbers on your phone, you will have to maybe manualy transfer the numbers but at least you will have the numbers

Black Screen

Hi, before sending it in or taking it to a Motorola repair station, try this. Open phone turn it over so camera is facing you with finger behind and thumb of your right hand sweeze the area between camera lens and the vol up down button to reseat the ribbon connector that is located in that area between the cases. This worked for me and it is worth trying.

Gah white screen!

you need to either replace the flexcable or have the service center reflash the keypad file.
