Re: GE Profile PSW26P Freezer door adjustment
You may have enough "play" in the adjustment to pull the door in tighter but sometimes you have to file longer slots in the screw holes. The top hinge cover comes off and there should be 3 screws there, loosen them and see if you can push the door tighter and while holding it there tighten them up. Also make sure you nylon bearings on the pivot points (usually the lower one) are all there and working OK. It is not too unusual to have them break and not notice the little plastic pieces fall out then the door sags and doesn't seal good.

that model is missing numbers. Checked the GE website and there are 3 versions of your fridge: PSW26PSWSS PSW26PSTSS PSW26PSSSS
These are basic solutions to your problem that may solve it.
1. Check the magnetic/seal strip that is attached to the freezer door for breaks, tears or obstructions. 2. Check the temperature controls within the fridge and adjust accordingly. 3. If you are over stocking your freezer, take some of the large items out and check in a day if the temp is where u want it to be.
TRY OPENING THE DOOR UP ALL THE WAY AND SQUIRTING WD-40 ON THE BOTTOM HINGE.
LET ME KNOW IF THIS WORKS.. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK FOR DUST AND FOOD PARTICLES THAT MIGHT NEED TO BE SCRAPED OFF THE HINGE FIRST....
the condensation is due to a small amount of cold freezer air getting past the gasket. Warm the entire gasket up for a few minutes with a hair dryer and then close the door and keep it closed for 30 minutes. That will reshape your gasket and solve your problem.
common problem the water line inside the freezer door is frolzen up . to fix remove everthing from the freezer door , turn off freezer . open freezer door and put a blanket over the opening to the freezer leaveing the door to room temp for an hour or so to defrost . check if defrosted . remove blanket close door . this will happen with ge , try seyying the freezer control on the next lower number (warmer)
clean the condenser coils at the back and make sure the condenser fan by compressor is running if is not running you mightg need to call a tech to trouble shoot it or if you want repl both the motor and main board like i said you might need a tech to trouble shoot it
