Hi,

Your question seems to be very strange!
Normally, people use the term 'download' with the net only. I think, you are asking about the installation of the software. You don't need to have net for installing the software on you PC. You can install it right from the installation CD / DVD. I hope you understood the idea.

Anyway, I will try to give you some more methods to get it to your PC if you don't have no net.

Download it in another PC and transfer the installation file to your PC using a memory stick / local network / direct cable connection / local wireless / DVD (writer & Reader)
