CQ-VD7003U the unit works fine for 10min and then it shuts down on its own. i dont have to use the reset button, i just turn it back on. can you help.

Make sure you have good amount of room around the back of the unit. It sounds like you may have an overheating problem. If that isn't it, you have a bad ground or +.

    You need to isolate the problem. This may take time, but hook the stereo up in another car and see if it still acts up. If it doesn't reference above. If it does, this problem is probably something that a Panasonic Service center will need to look at.

Thanks for using FixYa. To cancel the stored ID code you’ll need to enter the preset (old) 4 digit ID code. If the wrong ID code is entered, it is not possible to cancel the ID code function. To reset the previously store IC code you’ll need to touch and hold until “Completed!” is displayed. The ID code canceling procedure is completed. The unit now works without an ID code.

Panasonic cq-vd7003u ipod video trouble

The problem is that the panasonic cq-vd7003u does not support that function which sucks cuz i have one 2 the slightly newer verision PANASONIC CQ-VD7005U does have that feature. so sorry.
