SOURCE: Prima HDTV has a black screen on TV, but works fine while Playing DVD

try turning the channel up or down with the tv remote to input 1 or 2 depending on which one is being used for the dvd player. tv should use input 1. dvd should be on input 2.
when turning the channel set it to show the dvd screen, then go up 1. if it doesn't show, return and go down 1.

How do you eject the DVD

I you can't do it with the Remote control, you might be able to do it on the TV itself.
I'm not positive about this, but there should be a button on the back outer-edge of the TV that may control the DVD player.

If not, here is a link to Download the manual. Scroll down & click on 'Guides + Info' and then the download link.

I dont know which button on the remote to use to eject dvd, can you help? thank you in anticipation, Helen

You have listed the TV Prima C2012 TV as the product but you are talking about a DVD player.
There should be a seperate remote for your DVD player, where you should be able to see an eject button.

I need a code # to program my Universal RCA remote for my Prima TV and my DVD player

I own a One-for-All universal remote, and my booklet says the setup code for a Prima TV ( without a built-in DVD or VCR) is one of the following numbers: 0761, 0783, 0815, 0817. I can not guarantee these numbers will work with your remote, but it is worth a try.
I assume your DVD has been attached separately, and not built into the TV. In some cases, you might not need an additional setup code. Once the TV has been turned on, you simply push the DVD button on your remote, to activate the DVD. The instructions which came with your remote and your DVD should provide you with more details. If the instructions indicate that an additional DVD setup code is required, then please respond by telling me the brand name of your DVD.
