My wireless works but then when i turn on my computer everyday the mouse doesn't work i always have to reconnect it by pressing on/off button or reset then i push the connect button. what do i do to make it work every time when i turn on my computer so i don't have to reconnect the wireless mouse.
Turn the mouse ON before starting the computer. Then if it doesn't connect, press the button on the USB receiver and then the mouse should work.
Hope this helps. Bud

I just got a Logitech wireless mouse. Model # is not stated on it. I have no manual. Wondering how I get it to work after turning it "on". I pressed reset and nothing happened on the computer screen. At present I also have an hp mouse hooked up to my computer. Would this affect it?
Same thing happens to me. Only way i can get it to work is if it plug another mouse into the green slot, then unplug it and plug in my logitech while the computer is on. Trying to re-establish connection or rebooting my computer doesn't do anything.
Problem for me is, not even a reboot/reset/reconnect will get the mouse working. It started working for me once, yesterday, after a reboot - otherwise, it's a brick. A very expensive brick.
The wireless mouse is causing my computer and monitor to freeze up. I returned it to the retail outlet and I am still having the same problem with the second one . My daughter purchased one at the same time and they are not having any problems. They have windows XP and I have windows Vista.
