Th42px60u Hi, I have the panasonic TH-42PX60U with the LED blinking 10 times over and over ,I have replaced the H , the PA board ,and P Board and still have light blinking 10 times .10 blinking lights on timing chart says PA SOS or Tuner SOS witch board is the tuner board ? Or what do you think ????

On a Panasonic TV the 10-blink error code can sometimes be caused by low voltage running through an HDMI cable, particularly from a Media PC or some video game consoles. Try disconnecting any HDMI cables and unplugging the Television for 30 seconds, then power it on without the cables attached.

If this works, connect the cables to the front panel (usually HDMI-3) which uses a different controller board.

What I'm learning is there are several models of Panasonic TV's that have a video card that doesn't play well with HDMI applications and the end result is, you need to call this number and not only make arrangements to replace the bad board,but also this!
Your model doesn't show below,but I'd certinly inquire about the necessity of a "Firmware" update!,,,Panasonic knows FULL WELL they have a HUGE problem here!

Replace D board, if you still have problems , then you probably looking at a bad Y-board.
