Autistic son took apart my machine. Now when I go to use it the bobbin case falls out, looks like something is missing. Ideas, thoughts, help!

Can you buy embroider memory cards with out down loading on your PC?
SOURCE: Bobbin Case
ok Sim this is a bit tricky but not to tricky first turn the handwheel toward you until the hook is at one o clock postion then slide the case without the bobbin in into the hook area you may have to work the handwheel back and forth alittle but it should slide in just remember that the case should ride in the rim. also take the needle out first that way you wont get stuck trust me it happiens.
SOURCE: I have a CE-4000 model. In the middle of sewing,
When you put back in the bobbin case, there is a little "knub" that sticks out with a flat spot on the right (on the top side of it) that you need to ensure it rests gently to the left of the position finger bracket (silver metal piece, in the square of the bobbin case area its on the right closest to you).
When you put in initially, it was probably twisted clockwise and there was a gap between the knub and the position finger bracket and when you put the needle plate on in jams that bobbin case in that position and the needle just takes chunks out of it..
You might need a new bobbin case, try sanding out the needle marks with sandpaper.
