Question about Zanussi FJS1225W Front Load Washer
Hi there can anyone advise... have a zwf1217 w washingmachine.. it stoped mid cycle and i had to drain manually. e20 came up so i checked the filter , it was clear, took the pump out and checked outflow pippe , all clear reassembled and it still will not work although i may have put the two red pump wires on wrong an error of e23 comes up, i swapped the wires over and ive tried to start the cyle mid cycle at drain but it sits idle and then all the lights on the programes go out and it jumps to drain at bottom and comes up error e20 again, if i hold in the sart/pause and skip buttons it runs through all the light sequencesand shows up 8.00 at some places but all of a sudden it now shows up ele when i do this , the machince is only 10 months old , can you help regards frag
Somebody suggested to me that there is a condensation tray at the back that has become blocked. He said to take the back of the washing machine off and at the bottm right hand corner there is the condensation tray. This will need de-fluffing!! I haven't tried it yet but am also looking for answers!! Let me know if you come across any other info. Pete

Tips for a great answer:
This means that the filter is clogged. Unscrew the filter it'll be full of lint. E20 also means drain problem. If it actually goes through the Spin cycle then there is most likely some water still not drained out at the time of the tumble dry. Check the drain and the hose to make sure it isn't clogged.
