Supply memary error on cyan

    The intensity of the cyan color is very low in the test page the windows flag appears as very light orange, I bough a new cartridge and the same happens
    I try the printer to self calibrate but nothing

There is a chip on the cartridge that is bad or missing. If this an after market cartridge this a common error with the chips. You either need to return the cartridge or find someone that sells the chips fot the cartridge.

Did you fix your problem? I have the same one. With Hp 2600N
All cartridge are new, and i removed the orange tab from each one.
I even tryed a second new cyan.

Did you remove All the orange tab from cartridge?

Hp 2600n error 51.22 magenta cartridge, says turn on and off, hel

51.22 is a Magenta laser scanner error.
Try removing the magenta restarting the printer and reinstalling.
If that does not work you likely need a laser assm.
You might want to call a tech. to replace.

the problem is cyan and yellow toner are low, u will change the cyan and yellow it will be cleared otherwise the will be empty u can't print any thing suppose one will empty other cartridge will not work

Turn the printer off and turn it back on again and see if happens now.


"10.001" is probably 10.00.01 and is referring to a supplies error with the cyan toner. Try reseating the toner cartridge as the cartridge mounted chip may not have made good contact with the printer. If this doesn't take care of it, replace the cartridge.
