I have a dreammaker galaxy 8003 BL6 , the motor will stop working after less than 1 minute of working it appears to be getting hot and the motor overload thermo protection is kicking in. I have replaced the motor two times with new ones no help. I have replaced all electronic boards and controls with new ones still doesn't work. The only thing that's different is the motors thermal wrap is not on, And it seems that it is the only solution do you think this is the problem?erent

When you say the jets are always on..do you mean on high or are they sometimes just very low flow?
If it is a very low flow it could be that you are seeing the jets when the spa is heating and/or filtering.

US Parts Center

1. Check equipment like pump, heater, blower, light fixture, for leaks.
2. Remove side panels closest to the are the leak is showing and inspect jets, plumbing in that area for leaks. If insulation is foam, remove any water saturated foam and follow it to the source of leak.


3. If the leak is in plumbing and is very slow, sometimes it can be resolved with "stop leak" products.

Call Omega at 1 800 633 3401 for their advice. You don't want to fry
the motor.

Sounds like the pump is jammed or the motor bearings are frozen. If you can take it apart, try the pump first. The bearings on modern motors are pretty reliable. Get everything cleaned and lubed and put it back together. Good luck...Lee

Mine stops like described above... but after I go to garage and dirnk 1/2 beer while watching NASCAR, then go back and mower works great.... but only for a few minutes on hot days.  Results in lots of beer consumed, but great NASCAR covereage.  On cooler days, it stops less often, but still stops.  Results in less beer consumed, but I haven't a clue who won the Busch series today.
I thnk it's a temperature thing... but not sure about that.  Sometimes works great, even on hot days; but not worth a crap on cold days.  Go figure.
OTHERWISE, I love my cordless electric mower.... I just with I could mow the whole damn lawn without interuption.
