IF the Cd wont open and you really have tried everything, you will have to take a screw driver to the faceplate and manually remove the cd's unfortunately. If you take it to your typical electronic shop they may be able to fix it for you , if the cd is more valuable then the player.
You can easily find the repair schematics online for your player but it is quite difficult to make solder point like that on the board.

Do u find a small hole on the front side of your drive? Just enter a small pin or suitable hard pointed stick to it and you will be able to open it..!! once its open..!! remove your drive from p.c and give it for a service. it may be coz of dust. try it.
